Melinda is joined by Jason Persaud on this week's SOS episode about church. Women and the church, racism, church hurt, spiritual abuse, what we learned through the pandemic in our church, and how we respond to deconstruction.
Jason is an associate pastor, community leader in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. He's a founder of the Culture Changers Movement that was launched to inspire the church to be a leading voice against injustice, to impact culture, the love of Jesus. Jason believes the church needs to find creative ways to engage with cultural issues, to reach people with the good news.
He himself has faced injustice within the church, and so his story will resonate with many people, and we hope it will encourage you, too!
